System Administrator will be provided with default login details. After logging we recommend to change the password or / and username. To allow others to use QMS, Administrator will need to create an account for each user.

Within InControl QMS you can have multiple type of users. But only Administrator can create Projects and Users. And to manage Project Data including project team you need to be a Power User. Please see below other user types with level of permissions.

Please note after creation of the user system administrator or power user should add him to a Project Team. This process gives access to the project and allows to manage who can work on it.
