1. When on the QMS login screen you will see an option to login through a Microsoft Account

1. When you click this option the QMS will then ask you to enter your Microsoft account login details. Note if 2 factor authentication is enabled on your account, you will need to go through this process when logging in.

1. Once Microsoft has validated that your details are correct you will see then be logged in to QMS. Note if you don’t see a project title in the field marked in the screenshot below it means you have not been assigned a project and you will need to contact a Jones QMS Admin
