Overview
Site Observations in QMS allow users to document, manage, and track observations made on-site. This feature is accessible on both desktop and mobile platforms. Observations move through different statuses and can include drawings and photos. This guide outlines how to create, edit, and sync site observations, as well as how visibility works across devices.
Creating a Site Observation
1. From Mobile Device
1.1 - Navigate to Site Observations
- Open the QMS mobile app.
- Tap on Site Observations from the main menu.
1.2 - Select a WBS Folder
- Tap on WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) at the top of the screen.
- Choose the appropriate folder where you want to store the observation.
- Tap Accept to confirm your selection.
1.3 - Create a Site Observation List
- Swipe from left to right to open the Site Observation List Menu.
- Tap the + (plus) icon in the bottom right corner to create a new inspection list.
