To create a site diary within QMS follow the steps below:

1. Select QA tab
2. Navigate to required folder
3. Select inspection pack to which you would like to add a site diary
4. Within forms tab, click on 3 dots and select New Form
5. In the search field enter Site Diary
6. Click Search
7. Select Site Diary
8. Click Add & Close

1. Double click on the created site diary
2. Fill out required information
3. Click Add & Close

1. Click Sync to sync with the cloud
