InControl QMS can be configured to use Project Locations in a Tree View instead of List View (Default configuration)

The view can be changed only by Database Administrators by enabling the option in a backend database. (Which can be done by request)

Once the option is On Project Locations view will be displayed in a TreeView.

How to use it:

  1. Navigate to the home page

  2. Select the project locations tab

  3. You will be displayed with all the locations that have been created up to Now

  4. To manage locations please use drag and drop to move the location to a sub-level or use “Level up” button to move a level up

  5. Use a three-dot or right-click menu to create a new location. Option “Add Location” will create a location within the same level or use “Add Sub Location” - to create Sub-Level.
